We can often remove Travellers from your premises or land in twenty-four hours. You as the landowner have the legal right to remove trespassing Travellers from your land under common law including the use of force (if required).

Using common law means that you get a fast response so the removal can take place quickly without lengthy court proceedings. This means you’re less likely to get more Travellers congregating causing more damage and fly tipping. This simply saves you additional costs in site clearance.

How the process works

Once your instruction has been received we will create and then serve the relevant legal notice. This notice is usually served on the same day and gives the Travellers twenty-four hours to vacate the site. Due to our extensive experience with dealing with Traveller evictions we can often achieve clearance of your property in the allotted time-frame.

On the rare occasion where the Travellers do not move from your site we then complete a second stage operational plan for their removal. We allocate sufficient resources to expedite the physical eviction as quickly as possible. We liaise with the Police and will bring in specialist equipment that assists with the removal process.
